Addenford is a proposed UK venture at the pre-incorporation, market-validation stage. We are talking to renters and to the organisations that house and support them, to understand where the lack of a UK guarantor causes problems. We are not offering any service, and nothing on this page is an offer.
Research focus
What we are looking at
Some renters cannot provide a UK-based guarantor: for example new international students, people who have recently moved to the UK for work, and people with limited UK credit history. We want to understand how often this happens, what it costs renters and the organisations that house them, and whether anything could help. We do not yet know the answers, which is why we are asking.
